Hi! I am Inés Basombrío, "YourFaceYogi".

• I am from Argentina, actually living in Frankfurt. I have travelled a lot, around the world.

• During the Corona Pandemic, time to connect to my centre, I started doing Face Yoga. I found it helps to keep a good mood and brings us back to mindfulness, which is very inspiring.

• And this also reflects in our face. So I decided to get my Certification as a Face Yoga Teacher. I received it in November 2021.

• The Faceyogis and I found the online sessions very effective, beneficial, and enjoyable.

• Already during my studies at the conservatory in Argentina, I had learned Corporal Expression and relaxation techniques, in particular to release the effect of the persistent incorrect postures when playing certain musical instruments. My connection to body was something I was friends with.

• I attended Logokynesis sessions with Ana Corti in Uruguay for eight years. Now that I know about Face Yoga, I feel both excitement and also respect for our facial muscles, whose job it is to express our spontaneity.

• Therefore, I proceed very sensitively and cultivate a particularly appreciative approach. After all, we want to keep our identity and keep showing our emotions and moods, right? And, off course, while taking care that our face is also fit :)!
